My name is Filippa
Falcone, I am a partner and the manager of
Beauty and Tanning. From the age of 14 years
my ambition in life was to have a career in
Beauty Therapy and one day to manage my own
Beauty salon. The help of my father and
business partner and the support of all my
family has helped to make my dream come
true. I was determined to put 100% effort
into my ambition to achieve a successful
salon and after qualifying at the age of 22
I established Beauty and Tanning. I worked
alone for 2½ years building up my clientele
and a good reputation for myself and the
standard of treatments I provided for my
clients.
As my business grew I introduced part time
staff and also took on trainee work
experience. Now nearly 5 years on Beauty and
Tanning is a well established and successful
business with over 2000 clients . From our
clients personal comments Beauty and Tanning
has been described as a professional,
friendly, inviting and comfortable with
experienced and well trained staff which
makes them feel at ease.
